On Reddit, Animal Crossing fans are currently enjoying the discovery of cute little baby tree stumps.
It's the little joys that make up life – admittedly a somewhat worn phrase, but it just fits this topic perfectly: The Animal Crossing community celebrates the existence of cute little baby tree stumps on Reddit. How it came about and what it is all about, we will tell you here.
Baby tree stumps
That's what it's all about: FluffyCreativeSoul19 shared a screenshot on Reddit showing two tiny tree stumps next to a normal sized one, explaining:
"I've been playing for a year and have now discovered my first baby stumps :'-I."
Unusual sight: Normally, you cut down mature trees in the game, leaving a wide stump - one that you can see for comparison in the picture on Reddit. Small stumps, on the other hand, can be obtained, as FluffyCreativeSoul19 has now discovered, if you go to the collar of a young tree shortly after planting the Animal Crossing trees. The stumps in the picture were created during felling on the second day after planting.
Banal, but still new for many
The comments below the post show that FluffyCreativeSoul19 is not the only person who has not yet known about the existence of baby stumps. For example, Banannieeee writes:
FluffyCreativeSoul19 replies that the little stumps work the same way as adult ones: they stay until you dig them up with ACNH bells for sale. In addition, they do not seem to continue to grow. You probably can't sit on them, which some fans regret.
But there are already other ideas about what to do with them. KitCatzz writes, "Wow, that could be adorable for miniature cities or contrived perspectives like I've seen in people." FluffyCreativeSoul19 explains that he had exactly the same thought.
What about you? Do you now also want baby tree stumps on your island or do they leave you cold? Did you know about their existence?
